How do I join Sütyen Club?
It's completely free. Create a Sütyen account online or tick "Join the Club" at checkout, and you're enrolled instantly at the Blush tier — with a ৳200 welcome voucher waiting for your first order.
How do I earn points?
You earn points on every order — 1 point for every ৳100 spent at Blush, and more as you climb tiers (up to 2 points per ৳100 at Diamond). Points are added to your account once your order's return window has passed.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you reach 500 points you can convert them into a reward voucher — worth ৳500 to ৳1,000 depending on your tier — and apply it at checkout on regular-priced items. One reward voucher can be used per order.
How do membership tiers work?
Spend within a rolling 12-month period to unlock Rose (৳15,000), Gold (৳30,000) and Diamond (৳50,000). Your tier benefits last for your membership year and renew automatically as long as you keep shopping.
When do I get my birthday voucher?
Your birthday voucher is added automatically at the start of your birth month and is valid that month on a minimum purchase of ৳800 on regular-priced items. Just add your date of birth to your account to qualify.
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they're earned, so there's plenty of time to redeem. Keep shopping and your balance keeps building.

  1. Earn 1 point for every ৳100 spent (excluding delivery charges); tier multipliers apply at Rose, Gold and Diamond.
  2. The Sütyen Club programme is valid in Bangladesh only and all amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  3. Reward-point redemption applies to regular-priced items only and is limited to one reward voucher per order.
  4. The ৳200 welcome voucher is valid on your first online order with a minimum spend of ৳1,500.
  5. Birthday vouchers are valid during the member's birth month, on a minimum purchase of ৳800, on regular-priced items, for one-time use.
  6. Reward points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
  7. Tier qualification is based on net spend over a rolling 12-month period; returned items are deducted from your total.
  8. Memberships are personal, non-transferable and cannot be combined for point accumulation. Sütyen may amend programme benefits at its sole discretion.
